Acro Dance
Strength. Control. Flexibility. Fearless Movement.
At Rogue Dance Collective, Acro is more than learning tricks.

It’s about developing strength, flexibility, balance, control, coordination, and confidence through progressive, structured training.

Our Acro program combines dance and acrobatics to build physical skills that translate into both technique and choreography. Dancers learn how to develop skills safely, intentionally, and progressively creating strong foundations that support long-term growth.

Build the foundation. Develop the skill. Create the dancer.
WHY ROGUE ACRO?

Â
Acro examinations are also offered for dancers looking to pursue formal Acrobatic Arts training and assessment.
Our lead Acro instructor and choreographer brings a proven competitive track record to Rogue, including:
Â
3× Top Acro — Provincials
2× Provincial Routine of the Year
Provincial • National • International Award-Winning Acro Solos
Â
Years of specialized training, choreography, and experience go into developing dancers who are not only capable of impressive skills, but who can execute them with strength, control, and artistry.

MORE THAN TRICKS.
At Rogue, Acro is about more than simply learning skills. Our programs are designed to develop dancers through purposeful progressions, building the strength, flexibility, technique, and control needed to advance safely and confidently.

We build the skill before we teach the trick.

Each level builds on the one before it, creating strong foundations and preparing dancers for the next stage of their Acro journey.

The goal isn’t just to get the skill. The goal is to own it.
