Ages 2–3 • 30-minute class
Dance and Discover classes are $34 a month plus GST
Dance & Discover is a playful first introduction to dance for toddlers ages 2–3. In this 30-minute class, little dancers explore music, movement, rhythm, coordination, and creative expression through fun, age-appropriate activities.
Using imaginative movement, music, props, and simple dance exercises, dancers are encouraged to explore their bodies and discover the joy of moving. Classes help develop balance, coordination, listening skills, body awareness, and confidence while creating a positive first experience with dance.
At this age, dance is all about exploration. We want every little dancer to feel happy, confident, excited, and proud of themselves when they leave class and eager to come back and discover something new next time.
Dress Code
Dancers should wear comfortable clothing that allows them to move freely. A leotard, dancewear, or fitted athletic clothing is recommended, and any colour is welcome.
Hair should be secured away from the face.
Ballet shoes are recommended.
Most importantly, we want our youngest dancers to feel comfortable and excited to participate. There are no expectations of perfection just plenty of opportunities to move, explore, discover, and have fun!
