Ballet and pointe
Grace. Precision. Performance.
Â
Ballet is the foundation of a dancer’s training developing strength, precision, musicality, control and artistry.
Â
At Rogue Dance Collective, we approach ballet with intention, creating dancers who are not only technically strong, but expressive, confident and captivating to watch.

Our Ballet classes in Lethbridge, Alberta follow the Canadian Dance Teachers Association (CDTA) syllabus, providing a structured and progressive approach to classical ballet while allowing dancers to develop their own artistry and individuality.

From a dancer’s first plié to advanced technical training, our classes are designed to build strong foundations, refined technique and a genuine understanding of movement. Every detail matters — from alignment and musicality to presentation, performance quality and confidence.
Whether your dancer is discovering ballet for the first time, training for the stage or pursuing competitive goals, Rogue offers an environment where technique meets artistry and training becomes performance.
Young Dancers
Our youngest ballet dancers are introduced to the foundations of classical ballet through age-appropriate exercises, musicality, coordination and creative movement in a positive and encouraging environment.
Â
The goal is to help young dancers develop confidence, body awareness, posture and a love of ballet while establishing the foundations they will build upon throughout their training.
Developing Dancers
Â
As dancers progress, they begin developing greater technical precision, strength, flexibility, coordination and musicality. Following the CDTA syllabus, dancers work through structured and progressive exercises designed to build a strong classical ballet foundation.
Classes encourage dancers to refine their technique while developing artistry, confidence and a deeper understanding of movement.

Advanced and Competitive Ballet
For dancers pursuing competitive or advanced training, ballet can become an integral part of a broader training program designed to develop technically strong, versatile and expressive performers.
At every level, our goal is not simply to teach dancers the steps but to develop strength, precision, artistry and presence.
